- Minimum Bill Amount: The physical restaurant invoice total must be greater than Rs. 999 (food and beverages) to be eligible for one (1) spin.
- Original Bill Mandate: The customer must present their physical, printed invoice matching the verified invoice number when claiming the prize at Chiya Mantra.
- Voucher Code & Screenshot: To successfully redeem the winning gift, customers must show their 6-digit numeric voucher code and/or a screenshot of the winning confirmation screen.
- 15-Day Claim Period: All won prizes must be redeemed within 15 days of the winning spin during restaurant counter hours between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Single Use & Non-Transferable: Each invoice is entitled to exactly one spin and cannot be reused, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit.
- Disqualification & Verification Rights: Chiya Mantra reserves all rights to verify original bill authenticity and disqualify any invalid or tampered submissions.
